Welcome to geoca.sh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our location-based money cache treasure hunting application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using geoca.sh, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have parental consent if you are between 13 and 17 years old.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Location-Based Services

  • The Service requires access to your device's location services to function properly.
  • You are responsible for your own safety when participating in treasure hunts.
  • Always respect private property, local laws, and regulations when searching for caches.
  • Do not enter restricted areas, private property without permission, or dangerous locations.
  • Be aware of your surroundings and exercise caution at all times.

6. Treasure Hunts and Rewards

  • Treasure hunts are subject to availability and may be limited in certain areas.
  • Rewards are provided on a "first to find" basis, subject to verification.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel treasure hunts at any time.
  • All rewards are subject to verification and may be void if fraud or abuse is detected.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by geoca.sh and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for:

  • Any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur while using the Service
